　　本片改编自漫画《The 13th Quiz Show》。阿奇面临人生低谷：被公司解雇、被女友抛、面临严重欠债压力庞大。此时接到了一通奥秘电话，约请他加入一个名为“13”的游戏。这是一场奥秘、合作剧烈的游戏，只要参赛者能完成十三个使命，便可获得一亿元的巨额奖金。但这些使命将慢慢应战人类各方面的极限，从恋爱、宗教甚至於道德代价观。每一个使命都有必须遵照的法则，假如失利了，参赛者就会消失，游戏停止时，只要三个限制：一、不能肆意放弃；二、制止去探查游戏的起源；三、不能告诉他人自己在玩这个游戏。
　　阿奇轻易地完成了前两个使命，并决议继续下去。但是，他却不晓得接下来的使命布满著恶心、血腥、而且毫无人性。游戏行将起头，为了奖金，他愿意支出几多价格？
