◎简 介
经营着一家五金店的亚当（亚历克?鲍德温 Alec Baldwin 饰）与芭芭拉（吉娜?戴维斯 Geena Davis 饰）夫妻俩很是恩爱，两人虽然没有孩子，但把一切对相互的爱都倾注在打扮自己的家上。此日夫妻俩出行时发生车祸，双双死亡。成为鬼魂的两夫妻不忍分开自己的家，但阴阳相隔他们只能眼睁睁看的自己的家中搬来了新仆人。入住的迪兹与查尔斯一家将夫妻俩的屋子大举革新，亚当和芭芭拉想出闹鬼招数试图吓走迪兹一家却不起感化，反被迪兹爱好呆在黑黑暗的怪异女儿莉迪亚（薇诺娜?瑞德 Winona Ryder 饰）看穿，做鬼也可贵庄严。无计可施的夫妻俩依照亡灵手册指引，奉求流浪于阴间支流之外的大法师“甲壳虫汁”（迈克尔?基顿 Michael Keaton 饰）帮助他们夺回自己的家……
